Football Recap: River Ridge Takes a Loss + How To Watch

River Ridge lost against Kelso back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Hawks received a blow as they fell 30-14 to the Hilanders. The Hawks were down 27-7 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Nathan Ung threw for 59 yards and one touchdown. Xavier Street was his top target, picking up 59 receiving yards and one TD.

River Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Kelso, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, River Ridge will take on Heritage at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Kelso, they will square off against Bellarmine Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
