Volleyball Recap: Ridgeview Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Ridgeview lost against Ponte Vedra back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers came up short against the Sharks, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-18, 25-16.

Colette Jones paced Ridgeview's offense, picking up five kills. Jones got some help from Payton Cannon and her seven assists.

Ridgeview's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Ponte Vedra, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Ridgeview will be playing in front of their home fans against Bartram Trail at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ponte Vedra, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Carrollwood Day on the 29th.
