Basketball Game Preview: Burlington Demons vs. Waterford Wolverines

The Burlington Demons are taking a road trip to challenge the Waterford Wolverines at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Waterford took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Burlington, who comes in off a win.

Last Tuesday, Burlington didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Elkhorn, but they still walked away with a 47-41 victory.

Meanwhile, Waterford came up short against Beloit Memorial on Tuesday and fell 82-69.

The win got Burlington back to even at 10-10. As for Waterford, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.

Burlington strolled past Waterford when the teams last played back in December of 2024 by a score of 45-30. The rematch might be a little tougher for Burlington since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
