After low-scoring totals in their previous three contest, Eureka brought some dynamite into their most recent game. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Waynesville Tigers a 15-0 shutout on Wednesday. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matches by six runs or more this season.

Eureka has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-12 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Waynesville, they dropped their record down to 5-23 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road.
