Soccer Recap: Thunderbird Plays to a Tie

For the first time since back in December of 2024, Thunderbird was forced to settle for a draw on Friday. They and the Coconino Panthers finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw.

Thunderbird's draw makes their record 1-4-2 this season. As for Coconino, they moved theirs to 8-1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Thunderbird will face off against St. Mary's at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Coconino, they will take on Flagstaff at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Coconino is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.6 goals per game this season.
