College Park waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Miramonte Matadors. While the Falcons didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

College Park's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gabriel Rollins, who had nine assists and three aces. The dominant performance gave Rollins a new career-high in aces. Kevin Bayaraa also deserves some recognition as he served his first ace of the season.

College Park's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Miramonte, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-8.

College Park has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against James Logan on the 15th. As for Miramonte, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Livermore on the 15th.
