Soccer Recap: Village Christian Academy Comes Up Short

After soaring to nine goals the game before, Village Christian Academy was a bit more limited in their game on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Pine Forest Trojans by a score of 2-1. Village Christian Academy were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Pine Forest apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Village Christian Academy's goal came courtesy of Daniel Saenz, who's now up to five this season.

Village Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 1-0 victory against Northwood Temple Academy on the 19th. As for Pine Forest, they have also already played their next contest, a 7-0 defeat against Holly Springs on the 18th.
