Sheffield put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Middle College Bulldogs 6-2. Considering Sheffield have won four matchups by more than three goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Sheffield pushed their record up to 6-0 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those three contests. As for Middle College, they now have a losing record of 1-2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Sheffield will take on rival Raleigh-Egypt at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Middle College is set to challenge their familiar foe Memphis East at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
