With a playoff win on the line, Archbishop Carroll rose to the challenge on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Marathon Dolphins with a sharp 4-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won seven games by four goals or more so far this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Archbishop Carroll, bringing their record for this year to 9-2-3. As for Marathon, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last 11 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12-1 record this season.
