Volleyball Recap: Scotlandville Comes Up Short

Scotlandville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the South Lafourche Tarpons.

The match finished with set scores of 25-2, 25-13.

South Lafourche found their leader in freshman Addison Rodrigue, who had ten assists and two aces.

Scotlandville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for South Lafourche, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-5.

Scotlandville has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Southern Lab on the 22nd. As for South Lafourche, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Zachary on the 20th.
