Soccer Recap: North Takes a Loss

North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Kenston Bombers, falling 8-1. While losing is never fun, North can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 396th, while Kenston are ranked 126th).

North's goal came courtesy of Madelyn Flick, who's now up to 12 this season.

North's loss dropped their record down to 3-9-1. As for Kenston, their win bumped their record up to 8-4-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North will face off against Riverside at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kenston, they will take on Austintown-Fitch at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday.
