Fredonia scored the most points they've had this season on Wednesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 102-92 to the Girard Trojans. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (73), the Yellowjackets still had to take the loss.

Barnett continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Ashton Oneal, who scored 16 points and five rebounds.
Even though they lost, Fredonia was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. This was only their fourth loss (out of 17 games) when they've passed the ball that well.
Fredonia's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-6. As for Girard, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-12-3.
