Soccer Game Preview: Chandler vs. Mountain Pointe

Chandler is 3-0 against Mountain Pointe since January of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. Both will compete for holiday cheer at 4:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Chandler managed to keep up with Mountain View until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Chandler came up short against Mountain View, falling 3-0. Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Mountain Pointe kept a clean sheet against Skyline on Monday. They skirted past the Coyotes 1-0.

Mountain Pointe now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Chandler, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Chandler beat Mountain Pointe 3-1 when the teams last played back in January of 2022. Will Chandler repeat their success, or does Mountain Pointe have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
