Danville can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the New London Tigers a 6-0 shutout. This was a revenge game for the Bears: when they faced off against the Tigers on June 6th, they had to take a 13-3 defeat.

Danville's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-9 and their overall record up to 2-15. As for New London, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-7.
