Basketball Recap: Worcester Prep Victorious

Worcester Prep won the last time they faced Indian River and things went their way on Monday too. The Worcester Prep Mallards walked away with a 45-38 victory over the Indian River Indians. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mallards.

Worcester Prep's record is now 4-1. As for Indian River, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Worcester Prep will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Holly Grove Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025. As for Indian River, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Lake Forest at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
