Ezekiel Garza Game Report: @ Mission Veterans Memorial

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Ezekiel Garza: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He picked up two sacks, forced one fumble, and made five total tackles, but sadly Sharyland still had to take a 28-16 loss at the hands of Mission Veterans Memorial. We certainly expect to see more strong performances from Garza considering he's already seeing the field as a sophomore.

Coming up, Garza and Sharyland will challenge Alice at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sadly, Garza's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Rattlers' three-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Garza and the Rattlers surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Thursday's match.
