Basketball Recap: Brookhaven's Luck Changes for the Better on Thursday

Brookhaven had lost four straight headed into Thursday's contest, but NICHOLAS GAMBLE didn't let it get to five. The Panthers enjoyed a cozy 66-52 win over the Humphreys County Cowboys on Thursday for which the team can thank GAMBLE, who almost dropped a double-double with 17 points and nine rebounds. He also grabbed five steals, which is notable because Brookhaven is undefeated when he posts at least three steals, but 3-5 otherwise.
