Football Game Preview: Northfield Nighthawks vs. Skyline Falcons + Official Tickets

The Northfield Nighthawks will be playing at home against the Skyline Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Northfield's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points in their last five contests.

On Friday, Northfield blew past George Washington, posting a 58-24 victory. Given the Nighthawks' advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado football rankings (they are ranked 43rd, while the Patriots are ranked 139th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, after some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matchups, Skyline finally came back down to earth on Friday. They were outmatched by Broomfield and fell 47-0. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Northfield pushed their record up to 8-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 45.3 points over those games. As for Skyline, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
