Volleyball Game Preview: Ripon Christian Knights vs. Sonora Wildcats + How To Watch

The Ripon Christian Knights will head out to challenge the Sonora Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ripon Christian will be strutting in after a victory while Sonora will be coming in after a loss.

On Thursday, Ripon Christian made easy work of Orestimba and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Ripon Christian took every set by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-11, 25-7.

Meanwhile, Sonora came up short against Ripon on Tuesday and fell 3-1. The Wildcats have struggled against the Indians recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-22, 20-25, 25-16.

Having lost for the first time this season, Sonora fell to 13-1. As for Ripon Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 11-7.

Ripon Christian was able to grind out a solid win over Sonora in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
