Wakeland put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Grapevine Mustangs onto the board and left with a 2-0 victory. Given the Wolverines' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 22nd, while the Mustangs are ranked 309th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
