Offensive tackle changes from Kentucky to join brother with Fighting Irish.

Nick Martin, a second-team player on the U.S. Air Force Medium Schools All-American Team, has switched his commitment from the University of Kentucky to the University of Notre Dame, according to the South Bend Tribune. He is the 20th recruit for the Fighting Irish.

Martin is a 6-foot-5, 260-pound senior offensive tackle, who starred for Bishop Chatard (Indianapolis).

Described as a smooth technician with great feet, Martin made the switch for family reasons, according to his high school coach, Vince Lorenzano. Nick will join older brother, Zack, an Irish sophomore who starts at offensive left tackle.
