Baseball Recap: Mattamuskeet Takes a Loss

Mattamuskeet was the 6-2 winner over Albemarle School when they last played one another last Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Mattamuskeet Lakers came up short against the Albemarle School Colts on Friday, falling 11-3. The Lakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mattamuskeet's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Albemarle School, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Mattamuskeet will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bear Grass Charter at 5:00 p.m. on March 25th. As for Albemarle School, they will be playing at home against Ridgecroft at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. This will be Albemarle School's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
