Baseball Recap: Roy Royals vs. Northridge Knights

Roy scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Monday. They had just enough and edged the Northridge Knights out 12-10. The victory was some much needed relief for Roy as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Bryce Bagby was excellent, scoring two runs while getting on base in four of his six plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Cameron Baty, who scored three runs while getting on base in five of his six plate appearances.

On Northridge's side, Jon Olsen made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored three runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan Small, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Roy's win bumped their record up to 4-14. As for Northridge, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 10-7.
