Volleyball Recap: Concordia Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Concordia Academy suffered their biggest loss since August 27th on Monday. They came up short against the St. Agnes Aggies, falling 3-0. The Beacons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Aggies apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

While Concordia Academy was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-17, 25-22.

Ella Bohren paced Concordia Academy's offense, picking up 11 kills. Bohren got some help from Evelyn Brown and her 12 assists. Piper Sutherland controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Concordia Academy's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 9-8. As for St. Agnes, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.

Coming up, Concordia Academy will face off against Hill-Murray at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for St. Agnes, they will square off against St. Paul Academy-Summit at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
