Basketball Recap: Penn Yan Academy Comes Up Short

Penn Yan Academy lost against Wayne back in February of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Penn Yan Academy Mustangs took a blow against the Wayne Eagles, falling 85-49. The defeat leaves the Mustangs without a win on the season.

Penn Yan Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Wayne, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Penn Yan Academy will head out to square off against Palmyra-Macedon at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Wayne, they are taking a road trip to challenge Geneva at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
