Norton lost to Minneapolis back in September of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Bluejays had just enough and edged out the Lions 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bluejays.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Norton who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 16-25, 25-16.

Audrey Bina paced Norton's offense, picking up ten kills. Bina got some help from Leah Clark and her 23 assists. Chloe Cox controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Norton's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Minneapolis, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-6.

Norton has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Beloit on the 20th. As for Minneapolis, they will head out on the road to challenge Southeast of Saline at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
