Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Coatesville walked away with it. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 57-55 victory over the Downingtown West Whippets on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Red Raiders sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Coatesville's win bumped their record up to 18-3. As for Downingtown West, their loss dropped their record down to 14-9.

Looking ahead, Coatesville will square off against Bishop Shanahan at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Coatesville knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven contests -- so hopefully Bishop Shanahan likes a good challenge. As for Downingtown West, they will head out to challenge Chester at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
