Leander won the last time they faced Glenn and things went their way on Wednesday too. Leander came out on top against Glenn by a score of 9-4. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

Kylee Arnold made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. That's the fewest hits she has allowed since back in February. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

In other batting news, Avery Barnard and Rachel Grundei did most of the damage at the plate: Barnard got on base in all three of her plate appearances with one home run, two runs, and two RBI, while Grundei went 1-for-4 with one home run and four RBI. That's the most RBI Grundei has posted over her last 14 games. Madelyn Lee was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
