Basketball Recap: Highland Park Takes a Loss

Highland Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Wellington Skyrockets and fell 65-22. The game marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Highland Park's loss dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Wellington, their victory bumped their record up to 7-11.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Memphis the next time they take the court. Wellington will host Memphis at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Highland Park will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
