Sumter hadn't done well against Airport recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Gamecocks came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 3-1. This was payback for the Gamecocks, who suffered a 3-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The victory made it two in a row for Sumter and bumps their season record up to 2-1. As for Airport, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sumter will welcome Wilson at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Airport, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Emerald at 6:00 p.m.
