Everything went their way against the Marshalltown Bobcats as they made off with a 13-3 win. That's two games straight that the Little Cyclones have won by exactly ten runs.

Ames' victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Marshalltown, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-3.
