Berlin entered their tilt with Platt on Tuesday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They never let the Panthers get on the board and left with a 13-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Redcoats also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2023.
Madeline Mota made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over five innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
