Addison Trail has gone a perfect 8-0 against Proviso East recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Blazers will look to defend their home court against the Pirates at 4:30 p.m.

On Thursday, Addison Trail came up short against Downers Grove North and fell 2-0. The Blazers haven't had much luck with the Trojans recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Proviso East was able to grind out a solid win over DRW College Prep on Monday, taking the game 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Pirates.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Proviso East took both sets by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-11.

Proviso East picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 5-17. As for Addison Trail, their loss dropped their record down to 6-13.

Addison Trail beat Proviso East 2-0 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Do the Blazers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Pirates turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
