Basketball Recap: Motley County Takes a Loss

Motley County was the 62-53 winner over Guthrie when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Motley County Matadors took a 58-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Guthrie Jaguars on Monday.

Motley County's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Guthrie, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-15 record this season.

Coming up, Motley County will take on Miami at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Guthrie does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
