There's no place like home for Lafayette County, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 47-46 victory over the Knob Noster Panthers. This was a revenge game for the Huskers: when they faced off against the Panthers back in January, they had to take a 78-47 loss.

Lafayette County's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-11. As for Knob Noster, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lafayette County will challenge Lexington at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lafayette County is facing Lexington at the right time seeing as Lexington is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Knob Noster, they will face off against Richmond at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
