Soccer Recap: Academy of Our Lady Takes a Loss

After flying high against Fisher last Monday, Academy of Our Lady came back down to earth. The Academy of Our Lady Penguins came up short against Thomas Jefferson on Tuesday, falling 5-0. The Penguins haven't had much luck with Thomas Jefferson recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Academy of Our Lady's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Thomas Jefferson, their win bumped their record up to 9-1-3.

Academy of Our Lady wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 5-1 victory against L.W. Higgins on the 15th. As for Thomas Jefferson, they will square off against Covenant Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
