After only 13 points in their last game, Jordan made sure to put some points up on the board against Cottonwood on Friday. The Beetdiggers blew past the Colts 39-19. The Beetdiggers not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since September 20, 2024 (when they won 40-17).

Jordan can attribute much of their success to Jersey Alvillar, who picked up 62 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Jordan was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 208 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 171 rushing yards in four consecutive contests.

Jordan's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Cottonwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.

Coincidentally, Jordan and Cottonwood will both be playing East the next time they take the field. The Beetdiggers will host the Leopards at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Colts will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on the 15th.
