Volleyball Recap: Chapel Hill Extends Road Winning Streak to Seven

On Wednesday, the Chapel Hill Tigers got the win against the Seaforth Hawks by a conclusive 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Chapel Hill was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-13, 25-19.

Lawrence (Eliot) McBride paced Chapel Hill's offense, picking up 11 kills. McBride got some help from Alexander (Xander) Lesemann and his 22 assists. Finally, Miles Tindall kept Chapel Hill's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Chapel Hill pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Seaforth, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coincidentally, Chapel Hill and Seaforth will both be playing Orange the next time they take the court. Seaforth will head out to face Orange at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Chapel Hill will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
