St. Joseph Catholic had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They lost 37-13 to the Cathedral Green Wave. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

St. Joseph Catholic didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 32-22 defeat against Copiah Academy on the 29th. As for Cathedral, they have also already played their next contest, a 47-28 win against St. Andrew's Episcopal on the 29th.
