Soccer Recap: Grand Island Comes Up Short

Grand Island lost against Fremont two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Islanders fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 1-0.

Grand Island's defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Fremont, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Grand Island nor Fremont have any future games scheduled.
