Basketball Recap: Cypress Ridge Comes Up Short

Cypress Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They took a 49-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cypress Creek Cougars. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rams of the 35-34 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February.

Cypress Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Cypress Creek, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.

Cypress Ridge will be home for the holidays to greet Northbrook at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Cypress Creek, they are taking a road trip to square off against Memorial at 5:45 p.m. on Friday.
