Softball Recap: Davis Comes Up Short

Davis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 23-3 to the Eastmont Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, with their most recent defeat being a 21-0 loss on Friday.

Davis' defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Eastmont, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-4.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Davis is set to take on their familiar foe Eisenhower at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Eastmont will face off against rival West Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
