Volleyball Recap: Minden Whippets vs. Adams Central Patriots

Minden dropped to 25-9 on Saturday, ending the team's four-match streak of wins at home. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Adams Central Patriots. The Whippets were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Patriots earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Myla Emery paced Minden's offense, picking up 17 kills. Emery got some help from Victoria Hansen and her 16 assists. Finally, Aly Cederburg kept Minden's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.
