There's no place like home for Thatcher, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They breezed by the Andrada Polytechnic Mavericks to the tune of 69-21 on Tuesday. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 22 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Thatcher to victory, but perhaps none more so than Chad Johnson, who went 5 of 8 en route to 12 points and five steals. The dominant performance gave Johnson a new career-high in steals. Daniel Palmer was another key player, going 5 for 6 on his way to 10 points and five boards.

Thatcher's win bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Andrada Polytechnic, they dropped their record down to 1-14 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road.

Thatcher has already played their next contest, a 51-44 victory against Pusch Ridge Christian Academy on the 22nd. As for Andrada Polytechnic, they are taking a road trip to challenge Safford at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
