Wilson Prep waltzed into their matchup on Monday with 15 straight wins... but they left with 16. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Northwest Halifax Vikings 73-37. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 games by 25 points or more this season.

Wilson Prep's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Paris Best, who went 8-for-14 on her way to 20 points and six steals. Best's evening made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaiden Brown, who went 9-for-14 to rack up 21 points and five steals.

Wilson Prep smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in four consecutive contests.

Wilson Prep pushed their record up to 22-1 with the win, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.7 points over those games. As for Northwest Halifax, they now have a losing record of 11-12.

Wilson Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 70-51 victory against Warren County on the 18th. Northwest Halifax does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
