Basketball Recap: Ridgecroft Makes It 13 in a Row on the Road

Ridgecroft waltzed into their game on Monday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They managed a 46-42 win over the Halifax Academy Vikings. That's the two time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 36-32 back in November.

Ridgecroft pushed their record up to 9-1 with the victory, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Halifax Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.

Ridgecroft will welcome Albemarle School at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Halifax Academy, they and Rocky Mount Academy will face off at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played. Rocky Mount Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.9 points per game this season.
