Soccer Recap: Seagoville Takes a Loss

Seagoville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the North Mesquite Stallions. While losing is never fun, the Dragons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 719th, while the Stallions are ranked 193rd).

Seagoville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for North Mesquite, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

Looking ahead, Seagoville will be playing in front of their home fans against Samuell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Mesquite, they will head out to challenge Wilson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
