Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Liberty Ranch walked away with it. They walked away with a 4-1 victory over the Casa Roble Rams on Tuesday. The win was nothing new for the Hawks as they're now sitting on 14 straight.

Laura Quinn spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on six hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Bella Granata, who went 2-for-3 with one home run. The team also got some help courtesy of Paityn Snow, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.

They weren't the only ones working in the home run department: Liberty Ranch lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.

Liberty Ranch's victory was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-5. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Casa Roble, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-7-1.

As of now, neither Liberty Ranch nor the Rams have any future games scheduled.
