Park City gave up the first goal on Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Miners who were credited with the win. The Park City Miners got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to the Stansbury Stallions's four. Park City haven't had any issues with Stansbury recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Nicolas Janssen and Alan Marin scored both of Park City's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

The win got Park City back to even at 5-5. As for Stansbury, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.
