Basketball Game Preview: Wisconsin School for the Deaf Firebirds vs. Berean Christian Kingsmen

The Wisconsin School for the Deaf Firebirds are taking a road trip to take on the Berean Christian Kingsmen at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Wisconsin School for the Deaf will be strutting in after a victory while Berean Christian will be coming in after a defeat.

Berean Christian will be up against a hot Wisconsin School for the Deaf team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. Wisconsin School for the Deaf simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf 54-25. The Firebirds have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 25 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Berean Christian lost to Marquette Manor Baptist Academy at home by a 38-23 margin on Friday. The Kingsmen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Berean Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Wisconsin School for the Deaf, their win bumped their record up to 10-3.

Wisconsin School for the Deaf beat Berean Christian 32-22 when the teams last played back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Wisconsin School for the Deaf since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
